The suit that the Japanese GP drivers Ryiji Yokoe, Takaaki Nakagami and Shuhei Aoyama were wearing in the 125 and 250 GP class is now also available in Europe! The KUSHITANI K-0045 XX is a racing suite, which has been worn by several GP racers. It's made of supple Proto Core leather, which guarantees security and freedom of movement. Provided with K-Foam protection for optimum protection. The special leather, makes this suit unique. The Proto-Core leather used, is an high-qualified natural product. The strength and it's flexibility is better then any other available suit, you find now-a-days.

KUSHITANI suits with Proto-Core are made of HOLSTEIN leather from cows that are specially bred for KUSHITANI. Their skin has suffered no damage and does not have to be treated like any other kind of leather with aggressive chemicals. They also use Zylon. Zylon is a product with exceptional qualities. It is highly wear-resistant, has an extremely high-pull fibre and it can resist very high temperatures. Its values are much higher than those of any other fibre. For instance, it is 5 times stronger then carbon fibre and seven times stronger then Kevlar. Besides, thanks to the K-FOAM protectors, the suit offers optimum protection and because of the stretch zones, the K-00045 fits extra comfortable. While this technology offers the driver clearly more freedom of movement and comfort on one side, it reduces fatigue and improves his motor cycle control on the other side.
